Expert Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
AMR Physiotherapy is a private clinic in Nottingham, founded by three specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapists - Anthony, Martynas, and Rob. We are dedicated to helping people recover from pain, injuries, and long-term conditions with personalised treatment and expert care.
Our clinic is located at FXD Fitness, Bilborough, where we have modern treatment rooms and access to a high-spec rehabilitation gym. We also offer home visit physiotherapy services across Nottingham to bring our expertise directly to you.
Our goal is simple: to help you move better, recover faster, and live pain-free.

I visited AMR physiotherapy on 2 occasion's and saw Soliman regarding pain in my knee. The service I received was excellent. I had fluid built up in my knee which made me struggle to walk. After receiving treatment I noticed a difference in a few days. Would definitely recommend!

Great physio, I had a rotator cuff injury in my shoulder and tendinitis in my right knee. Both sorted quicker than expected and he even gave me tips to go on improving my general health. Would not hesitate to recommend

Came in Saturday 1st with awful pains in my lower back, was really struggling to move as I was in so much pain. Had acupuncture and did some exercise and came out a million times better. Continued to do my exercises through the week and had a follow up session Thursday 6th and had a little bit more acupuncture and again left feeling so much better and able to move without being in pain. Would most definitely recommend. Friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Thank you for all your help!

I worked with Mart on an issue around flexibility within my wrist and arms and cannot thank him enough! I honestly thought it was due to age and would never be fixed, but with a carefully considered plan, its now not an issue. He's highly knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. Having been scared to step into a gym, I now have a PT and still using his tips. Thank you, Mart!

Mart has been helping me with an ankle injury over the last few months. I couldn't recommend Mart enough, great guy who has ultimately got me back up and running ahead of time. The on site facilities are also spot on!

Abs superb physio provided by Rob and enjoyable conversations about just about cc’d everything! Had issues with my right thigh, then my back, all now sorted. Had weekly sessions over a few months to sort the issues and then provide an ongoing exercise routine for me to maintain in future. Will happily return when I damage myself next time!

I had 10 sessions of physio with Rob from AMR for a strained ankle tendon. Clear plan with incremental progression and constant reviewing of pain/soreness throughout. I finished up to the point of starting to run again and left with a plan to get back to full running to execute on my own.

I went to AMR physio therapy been getting help with treating a rotator injury I got on well with Rob he also went through alot of other training to help me achieve my fitness goals Nice staff very helpful

I worked with Rob at AMR for several months for rehab post spinal surgery. I had written off getting back in the gym and lifting weights for the foreseeable future. However with a logical and graded approach from AMR I was able to safely progress back into the gym weight training. I have regained my baseline mobility and I'm now training again at near the same intensity as pre-injury without suffering any significant set backs during the rehab process.
I will definitely stick with AMR for physiotherapy going forward. I struggled with trying several different physios pre surgery and it was great to finally find a physio team that keeps up to date with the current evidence base and uses that in practice.

Great experience from the start. Soliman was great he explained everything and ensured I was comfortable through out our two sessions. He explain the cause of my pain and not only eliviated some of my pain pretty instantly but also set me up with the exercises to help me with my recovery at home. Will definitely be returning if I encounter any other problems.

Mart is very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to me and understood that I’m not good at resting and developed a programme around that. He was very good at explaining why I was suffering from the issues I was and was very approachable. Would highly recommend!!
