Bio:
Soliman is a musculoskeletal specialist with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. He is a Licensed physiotherapist qualified in a broad range of manual and movement concepts and highly skilled in athlete rehabilitation. Soliman graduated from Egypt and has NHS experience. Hence, he has multiple experiences treating patients with different backgrounds.
He believes that a comprehensive assessment of the patient is necessary. Thereby, it considers their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. He takes the time to listen to his patient’s medical history, previous injuries, stresses, and lifestyle to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Approach:
Soliman uses a combined approach which is a mixed-based strategy of hands-on and hands-off techniques. Hands-on skills include soft tissue work, spinal manipulation, taping and the Mulligan method. Moreover, the hands-off options like mobility, stretching and strengthening exercises. Also, he provides patient-centred care and tailors his sessions to meet the unique needs of each individual. His main aim is to restore the patient’s function and overall fitness.

Soliman’s treatment is based on three main pillars: firstly, education and advice, secondly exercise design, and finally manual therapy.
Soliman has a particular interest in spinal pain and the rehabilitation of knee pathologies. However, he is comfortable treating any MSK conditions. He stays up to date with the latest research by attending various CPD events.
