Bio:
Valentina is a Sports Therapist who firmly believes that physical activity is a key factor for health and wellbeing. She is a member of the Sport Therapy Association and the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences, specializing in “Musculoskeletal Injury Rehabilitation” and “Physical Activity in Health and Disease.”
Valentina holds a BSc in Exercise and Sport Science and an MSc in Applied Exercise and Sport Medicine. She has published scientific papers on musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation and has experience working with trauma patients in both NHS and private settings. Additionally, she has worked with professional athletes from various sports as a Sports Therapist and Pitch Side First Aider.

Valentina follows an evidence-based practice approach, helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds who have experienced an injury or suffer from a disease to reclaim their lives. She creates customised strength and neuromuscular conditioning plans and provides manual therapy through sports and deep tissue massage. Clinical Interests:
Valentina has a rich history in sports, including football, martial arts, and motocross. Currently, she is an avid gym-goer and snowboarder. Her particular interest lies in strength and neuromuscular conditioning in musculoskeletal pathology and diseases such as diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, PCOS, thyroid dysfunctions, and hypertension. Valentina regularly attends Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events to stay updated with the latest research and methodologies.
